What are your thoughts on Novy?
Novy is a Czech/Slovak surname that means "new". There is a Czec actor named Oldrich Novy. I first heard of this name from the movie Dancer In The Dark.

I prefer Nova nn Novy.

I really like it. Might just add it to my own list. Since my dad's family is Czech I'm always trying to find a name I like to honor that.

It reminds me of the science channel on TV, Nova. Other than that, its okay.

It's really cute. Makes me think of either a boy or a girl with really curly brown hair.

Generally, I don't like surnames as first names. It also sounds like a nickname for November or Nova or something.
But it is an interesting find, and I wouldn't mind seeing it as a mn.
