Alexandra, nn Sandy, is delightful. I'd say that even without the honor that it does to your mother. It would be very refreshing to hear Sandy as a name again. (Alexandrine / Sandrine and Cassandra also work if you need an alternative in your back pocket for significant others who fail to see the light.)
Alexandra May is my favorite from your list because of the family connection. Alexandra Jane is my close second choice. May I make a few suggestions?
