AS: I forgot to put in my preference for the country of adoption last round, can I change this to a boy from England, USA or Australia? (I have been choosing countries based on the family's roots and would like to keep that going).
Next round I would like to have a biological child and adopt a girl from Wales, USA, Australia or Italy

Yeah you can change the boy where the boy is from. Also your original people can't adopt or have any bio children. But your people can adopt. So if you want one of them to which ones and what's your preference for each of them.
