I like Ignatius. May I also interest you in the Spanish version, Ignacio? I think it has a similar charm, while being a bit softer-sounding (which I like).
Iggy is a cute nn for a child. I think it'd fit less well on an adult, but part of the nice thing about nn is that they can easily be changed as people grow.

Hmm, this is a tricky name for mns.
As for Millicent, it's one of those tricky names that I wish I liked, but don't quite (yet). It has a very distinct and appealing sound, but I have trouble seeing it used in real life. I think I could be won over, though, by meeting a cute little Millicent or by hearing a good combo with it.
