Both names are nice, but I personally find them a BIT too alike.
They look beautiful together, but sound too alike, imo, because they both have a very stretched sound that's beautiful but, well... Twins have to have more "individual" names, imo. Names that don't sound "the same".

They're both nice but a bit rhymey, I would only use them separately.

I like it! It's a bit matchy but not in a bad way. It's not Thea and Theo.:P
I think Noah Alexander is a great combo but since you want something different I guess that's not really what you are looking for. Thea Emerald and Noah Silver? Eh...perhaps not. I'm really bad with combos but you got some good first names. Thumbs up from me.
