Most twin sets I know of the kids' names start with the same first letter.
Off the top of my head twinsets that I know:
John and Joshua
Ben (not sure if it's short for Benjamin) and Michael
Jacob and Joshua
Shana and Stacey
Carol and Cassandra
Hunter and Hannah (Yes both are girls)
Katie and Elizabeth
James and Jenna
Noah and Catelin
