[Opinions] Regina or Imogene?
I'm comparing them because they both have the "Gene" sound, and to me they give the same feel.
Which do you prefer and why?

Regina is my fave out of the two. I don't mind Imogen, but Imogene seems a little over done or something.
I only like Imogen (which is my no. 4 fav). Regina is nice.
Imogene
I associate Regina with Regina, Saskatchewan. LOL. Anyway, Imogene has a prettier sound. =)

I'm not sure which I prefer, really. Imogen is one of my absolute favourites but I don't care for it nearly as much when it becomes Imogene. Imogen is a gentler, I think. Regina is pretty enough but I'm not in love with it. Also, I'm from Canada and the city here bearing this name is NOT pronounced with the "gene" sound. If forced to choose, I'd go with Imogene.
Imogen
But the way I pronounce them, they don't have the same "gene" sound. Regina is "Ruh-gee-nah," while Imogen is "Im-oh-jen." I think Imogen sounds much more sophisticated. Regina has a harsh sound that I don't like - I think it's the "Gee" part.

I prefer Imogen (without the extra e) to Regina. Even though they have similar "g" sounds, the vowels in Imogen sound softer to me, while the "Reg" at the beginning of Regina sounds harsher. Regina also feels much darker and heavier to me, I'm not sure why.
