Liliana in my opinion sounds a bit . . . forced-frilly, like your trying to make a classic name into something trendy. I much prefer Lilian over Liliana, and Lillian over Lilian. They have more of a classic quality. I do like the NN Lili, though I think Lily might be less confusing.
