I don't really like Isabella, so my choise woud be Elisabeth. It doesn't have a trendy feel like Isabella has, there are more nickname possibilities and it isn't as frilly and pretentious as Isabella is.

I think I'm going to have to go after the potential nns as a way of swaying DH, but ultimately, if we're blessed to get pregnant again and I'm actually able to carry to term, we'll probably just wait & see.
