And I've always adored it :p
Anyway, as for my favourite Elizabeth nn... Izzie. Why? I just adore Izzie as a nn in general (usually for my current favorite, Isobel) but it's not so common as an Elizabeth nn. Close behind is Beth (nearly my fn) and Lily.
