I say EE-sa
It's EYE-zah here, even though it's short for Isabel.
In Britain it's EYE-za. I guess it depends how your country would pronounce the I in Isabella or Isabel in the first place.
My great-aunt Isabella, in England, pronounced it IE-za (not IE-sa), and used it as a written abbreviation of her name, though she was always known as Bella.
