I think they work well together. If I were to see the sibs, I would assume, "They belong to a Jewish or Christian family who got tired of all the Sarah-Rebeccah-Leah-Rachel sibsets."
I have only heard the pronunciation nay-oh-me even among Jewish people in the US.
Agree that Ruth and Judith are too similar in sound, although I like them both individually.
