You could use Kit as a nickname for Christine (it's traditionally been used as a nickname for Christopher, after all). I do like Katherine (or Katerina, Katrina etc) nn Kit, and another option is Keturah.
Liv works well for Olivia or Olive, or for any of their variations, such as Liviana, or for the Jewish names Livna and Livnat.
Marlo isn't my style as a nickname for a girl, as it's too similar in sound to Marlow, a very masculine-sounding surname which I associate with the Elizabethan playwright Christopher Marlowe. I prefer Meg, Peggy or Gretta for Margaret, and depending on how you're pronouncing Marceline (mar-seh-LEEN or MAR-seh-lin), I'd use Lina, Linnie or Lillie.
