Heidi and Oliver is a good sibset. Both names can switch from cutesy to grown-up, which is good to consider.

I have a cousin named Heidi, she has two brothers named Jeremy and Charlie (but everyone calls him CJ). The only girl name I can think of is Natalie (my cousin's daughter).

I think Oliver counts as cute and sweet. In fact, at one point I was very into Holly and Oliver as siblings (for characters, not children), and Heidi and Oliver is hardly different.
