[Facts] Re: Brittany or Bretagne

What fortunate dogs, to be so well looked after!
You might also like to consider more familiar names with a Celtic history, since Brittany, like Cornwall, Ireland, Scotland and Wales, has a long Celtic heritage, links to the legends of King Arthur etc. Without being too frivolous, even the Asterix comics could be a source. (I rather enjoy Dogmatix.)
I have a limited knowledge of French, and nothing much scares me, but I'll happily make an exception for Breton names! They are extraordinary, and it might be humane to consider others as well.
