Wedding details to follow...After the United States entered the Great War in 1917, Jack couldn't wait to turn eighteen so he could enlist. He married his childhood sweetheart Emma Dunne shortly after his seventeenth birthday, with the expectation that he would be in the Army the next year and might not have the chance to get married at all. Jack shipped off in August 1918, five months after his wife found out she was pregnant. Emma gave birth to a healthy baby boy in October and named him William, after Jack's father. Jack was wounded in battle and sent home in November, just before the armistice was signed. He and Emma recently welcomed another son, Alexander.Charlie is recently engaged to Nora Dunne, the youngest daughter of a prominent and wealthy physician. Both families were in an uproar when Nora was discovered to be with child; the wedding is set to happen as soon as possible.
