I'd prefer Henry August to Henry Augustus.
I like William, but Sylvia, Ann and Donald aren't my style, although it's nice to see them on kid's today.
Only a short time ago I couldn't stand the name Elliot/Elliott (however you want to spell it), but now I find myself quite liking it! It's gaining momentum here in Oz too, which I find interesting. I don't like Arthur, but I do like Art and Lillian is nice, although I prefer just Lily and I've never liked Cassandra.
