All of the grandparents are hoping that the first child of their respective sex be named after them, but you both absolutely hate all of their names: Beverly Darlene, Stephanie Janet, Rodney Wayne, and Jerry Dennis. How do you compromise without insulting your parents? (You may ignore the naming rules for this round if you choose to honor.)

William, our parents, and I reached a compromise. We are going to name the each babies' first name after one of the grandparents' first name but only the first letter. For the babies middle names, the names will be the other grandparent of the babies gender's whole first name. We drew lots and the girl got Beverly, B and Stephanie. Our girl is going to be Elizabeth Stephanie, with the nickname Bess, Beth, or Bessie but not Lizzy, Libby, etc. Our son is John from Jerry Rodney. Although, we are not thirlled on the middle names, we had to reach a compromise.

Come celebrate our first two miracles! On December 1st, we had boy and girl twins, luckily very healthy!
