I love Elizabeth. But one bad thing about it is its popularity. I say this based upon the popularity charts, but actually I've only known one Elizabeth my entire life, and that was thirty years ago in middle school. I haven't met any little girls named Elizabeth either. So to me personally it doesn't seem overused. The problem I have is that I don't like ANY of the nicknames for it. But if I had to choose one, I'd say Eliza. My parents almost named me Elizabeth, incidentally, but ultimately decided against it.
