Absolutely love Elisabeth, its my daughters name. Not too keen on Kaye though its just nms.
We call our Elisabeth Bessie/Bess which is the best nickname in my opinion.

Elisabeth June is a pretty name. =)
I can't be referred to as Bessie because my Great Aunt Frances's mother-in-law is/was called that.
Madeleine Ruth is another good name. I've particularly taken an interest in the name Madeline because of Edgar Allen Poe's "The Fall of the House of Usher". Granted, of course, the character in that short story is crazy and was buried alive. Regardless of that, I love the name.
I also think it's kind of cool that both names have a total of 13 letters (in addition to last name...).
