I'm just not certain what to do here. How do I know if I have two or three people to name, or is it up to me?

Tai Angel would have 3 people to name, because she has twins for her second child. A few other people have twins there too. See how she has Jasmine Claire and Noelle Lauren?
Me, for example, would only have 2 because I don't have twins for the second child. (Evelyn Vanessa in my family...)
