Meh.
Not names I would look at twice, to be sure. Very trendy and NOW names.
I think just switching them to Shea Cassidy and Lynn Bailey would be enough to make them more interesting.

Sorry, but the only name I like is Lynn. Or perhaps Shea for a boy.
Bailey is a surname and brings to mind "bail." (I'm a lawyer.) The bail-ee is the one who gets out of custody on bail. I'm sure there's a different historical reason for the surname, but "inmate" is what pops into my (admittedly strange) mind.
Kassidy is a misspelled surname. Butch Cassidy is my mental image. I can't be sure from your question if Kassidy Shay is supposed to be a boy or a girl. I don't like it for either gender.
What did Lynn ever do to be condemned to the second class position of "mn only?" It must have been really bad because I haven't met a Lynn under 40 yet.

Sometimes I wish my name were reversed (I'm Jennifer Lynn). Jennifer's etymology is certainly nice, but as a name, it's boring and so so so so so overdone! Lynn is pretty and not annoyingly common. I do actually know one my age, though; she's in my American Modernism class.

Bailey means "bailiff" so you aren't very far off.
