It makes me think of someone who "wavers" constantly on an issue, maybe according to whoever's winning at the moment. Who wants to make their kid sound like they're horribly indecisive or a mindless sheep?
Besides that, it's a just another "unisex" (but a boy named this would catch Teh Ghey!) surname used on a girl to me. Tryndee and boring, nothing more.
