Message: "Paulina?" - Behind the Name

I really like Paulina lately. The only thing that bothers me is that it's a feminine of Paul (or Paulino, I don't know), and for some reason that I can't put my finger on I dislike Paul (though it has sort of grown on me). WDYTO Paulina? Also, I like Rosalina and Angelina, which would you rather see? Thanks.

I like Paulina the best, but I'm not a huge fan of -lina endings. I like Pauline better. I think it's a pretty name, not my favorite, but pretty. Then again, we've got a lot of Pauls in our family, so the name has never bothered me.

Paulina is beautiful name.... when its pronounce "Pow-lee-nah"

Paulina is nms, but it is a nice name.

As for Rosalina and Angelina, I like Angelina much more. Though I acutally like Angela the best.

If you like Paulina but don't want to be reminded of Paul, I suggest Polina. It's not related but it sounds (at least the way I say it) mighty similar. Plus I think Pola is an adorable nickname. I like Polina more than Paulina, but either has a good sound, IMO.

I tend to like Ros- names more than Ang- names, so I'd go with Rosalina. It's a bit more elaborate than I'd prefer but it's still quite pretty.
