I like Fiona Rose. It's a nice combo. I hate the nn Fi though. There are probably millions of names in existence, theoretically any name can be paired with another as siblings. A few suggestions: Aisling, Annabel, Claire, Sophie; Damian, James, Patrick, William.

I think Fiona, Emerald, Daria, and Antonia sound like sisters.

Fiona is lovely, I like it very much. It is the name of the daughter of a friend, and she has a baby brother called Simon. I love the two names together (and both are really uncommon in Hungary).

I love Fiona. I love the sound of it and I think it would suit any age. I rarely like Rose as a middle name though so I'm not fond of Fiona Rose.

I absolutely love Fiona! It sounds nice with Rose too. Personally, my favorite Fiona combo is Fiona Bronwen.
