Laurel is very pretty! It has been appealing to me lately as well (again). In my case though it probably wouldn't work since my sister's name is Laurie.
Laurel Kathleen works, I'm not crazy about Kathleen, but if it honors then all the better.
I don't care for Judith and Veronica is okay but not my style, but the combo Judith Veronica has a nice look and flow to it. I don't think that Veronica is too heavy as a first name at all, I've met a couple (maybe more) and it works. I'd love to see the nickname Vera for Veronica : )
Liora Helen is so much prettier to me. I like the name Liora better than Miriam for one, and the sound and meaning of Liora & Helen together is better to me. Miriam Helen is nice as well though.
Liora Truth is great as well, reminiscent of Melora Truth ; )
Nathaniel is very nice, Simon Raphael is great! Is Lev pronounces LEHV? It's nice. Have you considered Liev (lee-ev) I like the look of Llyr better than Lir, and Laurence is nice.
