I like Esme, and Topaz reminds me of the hippie stepmum in 'I Capture the Castle' who 'communes with nature' in the nude outside lol. Good association though. I think Esme with the 's' is best if she's Topaz's sister, it looks a little themey with the 'z'

Topaz is ok, though nms. Ezme is just ruining a perfectly lovely name, and will make you look illiterate.

I think that Topaz and Ezme in one sibset / combo is too many Zs. I do like Topaz, though, and Topaz Esme is cute.

Can you imagine calling “Topaz, Esme! Come down here” I think I’d get a bit tongue tied. I prefer Esme anyway.
