I agree with Sharon Renee that Courtney is rather trendy and preppy.
Of your first names, I definitely prefer Rochelle. I don't care for Carlena. For some reason I picture a gum-snapping, tarty middle-aged woman with her hair dyed an artificial-looking red. And Atalee reminds me of Ataturk.
