I don't mind Oona (though I don't really like that either), but Una makes me want to say UNN-ah.

I love Una, so cute. I think that I actually prefer the spelling Oona though.

Una= a (the word, not the letter) in Spanish. It's the feminine form. Masculine form: un. M. Plural: unos. F. Plural: Unas.

If you live in a largly hispanic area, I would refrain from using it.
