Neva's pretty; I especially like the meaning. At first glance, I'd probably say NEE-va, but it's probably more like NAY-va.

"neva" (pronounced like "never") is how we say in catalan "it's snowing" nice meaning, isn't it?
As a name I would pronounce it Nee-va.

Like never said too fast? I think I'd prefer Neve or Nova, but I guess it would depend on how you would pronounce it. :)
