blaaarg's suggestion of Tassie is cool as a nn, but I don't really think it needs one. I don't know anyone with this name and it's not really far enough up my list to be used, though if a SO loved it I might compromise.

Any suggestions for a nickname? For a middle name? It doesn't need a nickname, but Astra, Dia, Deedee, Ari, Ara, Aria, and Tia all work. Astrid Melania, Astrid Nimue, Astrid Clara, Astrid Celestine, Astrid Mariah, and Astrid Camilla are all beautiful combos.

I think Astrid is lovely. I don't get any real 'vision' in my head for it, but I like it regardless. Don't really have any ideas for nicknmaes - maybe Asty? Or you could make a nn from the first and middle names from the combo? (Eg. if you had Astrid Xanthe could maybe call her Trixie...'tri' from Astrid and 'x' from Xanthe...maybe that's taking it a little far but I think you get my drift!)
