Ella - I like Ella both as a NN or on its own. I think it works well as a NN Elisabeth, Gabriella, Isabella, and other "ella" names, though Elisabeth is my favorite. I adore the name Ariella, but prefer it without a nickname.
Lily - I definitely prefer Lily as a NN for Lillian. I also like Lylia/Lilia, but prefer them without the nickname. Lily is sweet on its own, but sometimes seems a bit too informal imo.
Lia - Ophelia would get my vote for "Lia", though in general, I prefer it on its own but spelled Leah.
Emmy - Emma is my favorite, though I think Emmy is cute on its own too.
