Message: "Caradoc" - Behind the Name

What do you think of the name Caradoc? It caught my eye the other day and I'm kind of liking it. It offers the nick names Cary and Doc, both of which I like but couldn't ever think of as full names. Opinions?

i really love it. it's on my own pnl and i just think it sounds so nice and is totally different, but not freakishly bizarre or horrid like Rainbow or Unicorn or anything like that.

I like Caradoc (pronounced kuh-RAD-ok), I think it's wonderful.

Doc ok for a nn but I can't really see Cary in it, assuming you're pronouncing it KAIR-ee rather than KA-ree. I can see KA-ree working but not KAIR-ee.

How are you pronouncing it (and Caradoc)?

Caradoc sounds very awkward to me. I don't really like it. I think Doc would be a cute name for a boy though. I can't think of any names that could be shortened to Doc of the top of my head, but I'm going to keep thinking because I think it would be adorable.
