I know a Zoraida and she is very cool. She sometimes goes by Z. Zoe would also be a cute nn. Zoraida pronounces her name zor-AY-da and that is the pronunciation I like best.

Fine for someone else's kid. I prefer zor-ah-EE-dah (which becomes zor-eye-EE-dah in my accent), but that's because "ai" in a name almost always makes me automatically go "ah-ee".
