Rosetta is not as common as Rose, nor as old-sounding (to me) as Rosa. It's flexible, pretty, and classic. I just love it!
I have an ancestor named Sarah-Rosetta, who went by simply Rosetta. Thus I have an even better reason to use it on a daughter some day.
