I love Stella Rosemary and Ivy Susanna! I'm not really a fan of Theo as a first name, I can't get over how it means "god." Solomon is great tough.
Jonas and Ishmael rock, although I would put Ishmael above Jonas just because it's more unusual and refreshing.
I know you didn't ask for suggestions, but I thought I'd play with your PNL some. Jonas Gregory maybe? Jonas Hector? Ishmael Abraham? Ishmael Simon or Jonas Simon? Ishmael Gregory? You don't have many boys! I love your names though, they have such a good feel to them.
