I like it very much. It's one of the only -ia names I care for; I'm not a big fan of Mia, Gia, Tia, or whatever else. Pia, though, I think is really sweet--but still a bit saucy.
I hate saying something is 'saucy', but I can't come up with another word right now. :-(
