[Opinions] It's like 80s pop culture in capsule form.

I dislike it. My first association is with AC Slater of Saved By The Bell. For a visual (because in this case, a picture says it all), see here: http://diminishingreturns.net/images/blog/06fall/mario_lopez_dancing_saved.jpg
My second association is with Christian Slater, the actor who put on a Jack Nicholson voice for the black comedy Heathers, in which he convinces Winona Ryder to help him kill everyone popular in their high school and make the deaths look like suicides. The movie is a good one, and Christian Slater is kind of a babe (ignoring all the drugs and icky RL stuff), but he plays a creeeeepy character. You can't really tell how skeeve he is in this picture, but I figured I ought to include one anyway: http://members.tripod.com/~heathersfilm/heathers.jpg
So, yeah. I don't like Slater, and I like it even less for a girl.
