My cousin Verity Anne- she'll be two in November. I have a good association with the name, so naturally, I love it, but I think I would anyway. It's spunky, original, and I love the meaning.
If your looking for sibling ideas, she's one of 5 girls- Emily, Beatrice, Felicity, Annabelle and Verity. I think it goes particularly well with Beatrice. Nice name :)
