I am really starting to like the name Matilda. I think I would name my daughter Matilda and call her Mattie, Tilda, and/or Tilly. I really like the combo Matilda Grace.

What do you think of Matilda? Have any cute combos?

I love Matilda, for sound and associations. I'd go for Tilly and Matilda Grace is nice, even though Grace as a mn is overdone imo.

I love Matilda, but I'm not really fond of any of the nicknames. I wouldn't probably get around to using it, but it is a family name.

A while ago, I thought Matilda was one of the most ugliest names ever, but I've it's been growing on me for the last few months. Matilda Grace is really pretty so is Matilda Caroline.

I love Matilda! I've considered Iris Matilda and Margot Matilda. Tilly is my favorite NN for it.

Matilda is nice but nms. I think Tilda sounds harsh, but I adore nn's Tillie and Mattie. Matilda Grace is a good combo, though it has a slight trendy feel for me.
