Cole - I do think its nny, but I dont like any full name, and I do know plenty of Cole's to make it work as a full name
Ash - no
Mick - would probably work, not sure about it though on a personal level
Max - Since I dont care for any full names, I think this is one that gets away with it
Will - Same as Ben and Chris
Alex - Alex- names in general are overused for me

Mona - I have met one, so I guess its not that weird to see it as a full name
Brynn - I just loathe this name in general
Eliza - Yes, I think it works fine, and I love it
Asia - no
Allie - nn
Milly - Too old sounding for me to like it, and weird (then again I knew one and she was weird (the normal one of the family sad to say)
Mandy - I knew a Manda, which was nice, and more mature I think than Mandy
Amy - Never seen this as a nn, but always as a full name
Emma - it works because its very popular, but ugh
Lilly - works, but again, I really dislike it
