[Opinions] Keilani, Paris & Gypsy
Replies
At least Keilani is a real name
I'm not sure which "lani" it is, but Kei means glorious, and lani either means a kind of flower, or sky/heaven, or chief/royal/host. It is used as a given name in Hawaii, and I like it -- IF the family has actual connections with Hawaii (not that they've just been there on vacation or something).
The only other name I like at all is Frances, and I'm not even wild about that.

Well, Frances is nice. Paris is a boys' name. The use of Gypsy as a name makes me mad and don't even get me started on Druid.
1. I only like Avery on a boy, and am considering it for a future son/
2. Paris Frances, I have also seen this in BA's recently. Too namy. MY future dogs will be names Paris & Frances so when I see that combo I think of them. I am also considering a child named Paris as well.
3. Gypsy Druid - horrible, I love Gypsy, but not with Druid.

just thought of a gross association we could have with Gypsy Druid...
Gypsy Druid, drips the fluid! lol

Ick, ick, ick!
Keilani: I'll give this a pass if it is a genuine Hawaiian name, but it looks like a contrived pseudo-Hawaiian name right now, especially with that WASP-y mn.
Paris Frances: Two thirds of a pun is PU, and this one stinks to high heaven! (Sebastian Bach, the singer, has a son named Paris Francis, so this isn't even an original PU-n.)
Gypsy Druid: Mom is a fifteen-year-old goth geek who spends all her time in her room playing Dungeons and Dragons type games on the PC. Also has some confusion as to history and geography. Gypsies have nothing to do with Druids. *rolls eyes*

Paris is a girl name when after the city, but we can't forget that Paris was the Prince who started the issues with Troy.
Paris is my name... and I'm a girl!
