Do you know if Jasminka is a legit name and if so whats it origin and meaning?

Agata is right. And I know somebody named like this who comes from a slavic country.
It sounds to me like a cutesy pet form of Jasmine. For instance, adding "inka" (or "ynka") to create a pet form is often done in Slavic languages. I feel that the name Jasmine has just been adapted to the rule.
