[Facts] What do these two Greek names mean?
Antenor I suppose the first element means something along the lines of "before" (think 'antebellum'), but I don't know what the second element could be.Nicanor The first element definitely comes from "nike" (victory), but again, I don't know what the second element could mean. Thanks for your help. :)

Nicanor: I took canor and turned it into Connor which means dog lover or wolf lover. :) so maybe something to do with dogs. A Victorous dog person.

...the name is related to "nike" (victory) and "aner" (man). So in this case, your furry friend is a biped, not a quadruped :)

Antenor: "Ante" doesn´t mean "before", it means "against" and "nor" is a deformation of "andrós: man": he who fight against men.
Nicanor: from "niké: victory"; andrós (same that Antenor): "winner", "man of victory".
