I don't think I'd use it but I think it's really pretty. Even before I read your post I thought of My Girl when I read it. She's the only Vada I've ever heard of. By the time your future child was in school, it's doubtful any of her peers would even get the connection.

I think it sounds like Vader with a wierd accent. Besides that, I think it doesn't look so great.

I like it. it has the same feel to me as the name Celia.

It's okay, very simple and to the point. I'd prefer the spelling Vayda to emphasize the 'ay' sound, since I know Vlada is prn. vlah-duh. Yet, I'm sure once you've told people it's vay-duh, they'll get it right in the future.
