I like it spelled Zoey better because Zoe lookes like Joe but with a Z. The y specifys the ending and people aren't too smart in this world with names so I'd go with Zoey.
An ex. of how dumb people are, my whole life I have been called Diane when my name is Diana. Diane is a totaly diff. name to me, not a NN. Even when it is written down on paper in front of them they say Diane!! STUPIDNESS.
