They are all a little to themey.
Brynn and Quinn -- I don't like that they rhyme, and I prefer both names on boys. I also prefer the spelling Bryn.
Capris and Prisca -- Wow...look, it's one name turned inside out! Again, they're way too much of a set. Twins are two people...why not give them individual names? For a similar sound, I'd prefer Caprice and Priscilla (even though I don't like either of those names).
Victoria and Nicole -- This is the best set out of four, just because they're not matched in any way...but I don't really like either name, nor the nicknames.
Bryon and Robyn -- again, too matchy, and with kreatyve spellings. I like Robin for a boy, though, and I don't mind it for a girl.

Brynn (g) and Quinn (g) 7 - I first saw Brynn and I thought "Yay! Brynn!" but Brynn and Quinn? ugh!
Capris (g) and Prisca (g) 1 - I don't really like either, but at least Capris reminds me of Caprice. :)
Victoria (g) and Nicole (g)"Tori" and "Nikki" born yesterday - nice, but I don't like the twinny nicknames much.
Byron and Robyn - I don't like how obvious the anagram is...and I prefer Robin to Robyn on either gender. Byron just sounds weird.
