I have the same problem with cat names also. So thats why I try to use names I wouldn't want to use on a child someday but then sometimes after I name the cat I start liking the name more than I did before.
But if you and your family still strongly associate Sabrina with the cat ten years down the road or whenever you have kids then no I wouldn't use it. If no one remembers Sabrina the cat by then, then I would say it is fine. And if you have a split situation where it bothers the family but not you then that is just up to you to decide.
