I have a cousin named Rakeesha, but everyne calls her Keesha. She told me that her name means rain (but I'm wondering if she made it up). Does anyone know anything about the name Rakeesha and it's origin? I believe her father was from Pakistan or Afghanistan but he lived in Britain.
