1. I prefer the a-LEE-see-uh pronunciation, definitely.
2. I think I just prefer the Alicia spelling, simply because it's more familiar to me.
3. Alecia MIGHT do this, but I have a feeling it wouldn't be to a great extent. However, that might be a purely regional thing.
4. I'm not fond of the name; I can tolerate a-LEE-see-uh more than A-LEE-sha, but it's not really a favorite. It just seems kind of bland and dated to me. I can't put my finger on why, though.
